This is why we have chosen some of our most loved styles and are selling the patterns so you can make your own versions at home. No matter what stage you’re at, whether you’re a budding sewer or advanced couturier, all patterns come with illustrated instructions.

(Please note that the pattern with instructions will be sent to your courier address provided and shipped as soon as we are able to)

The classic A-line silhouette; our Liam Coterie Skirt has a place in every wardrobe. Cut on the bias with a soft flare, this skirt is flattering and versatile. We’ve classed this as Intermediate as it needs a bit more patience when sewing on the bias and inserting the invisible zip. But with some love and time, a well-finished skirt will become your go-to. In making this skirt, you’ll master:

- Sewing on the bias
- Inserting an invisible zip
- Using bias binding for waist band
- Finishing (hemming) on the bias

Sizing:
This style is an A-line bias skirt, designed to fit at the waist and flare out gently. It fits true to size. When deciding your size, go with your normal dress size when you shop at RUBY. For specific body measurements, refer to our Size Guide.
