Successfully prepared, facilitated, synthesised and presented back outcomes of human-centered, sprint and double-diamond design processes
Managed and influenced stakeholders to build consensus
Coached sprint teams and clients in design thinking methodologies
Helped clients to set customer-centred objectives, success measures and execute on them
Developed research plans and customer interview discussion guides
Mapped user journeys, service blueprints and information architecture
Rapidly prototyped stimulus to validate with customers
Prepared, facilitated and captured user testing sessions
Led generative ideation and prioritisation workshop activities
Synthesised actionable insights from research findings
Experience working in agile digital product environments
Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills
5+ years of experience
