1. Please provide me with the company name in Chinese characters of your Chinese supplier. I will check the supplier through government system and get its official information.
2. Brief me your business arrangement in China (you can call me or message me). I will analyze your case and help you structure the agreement.
3. Make the draft of the agreement and send to the supplier for signing and adjust the agreement if needed.
