The company is a large pharmaceutical product manufacturer based in South Auckland and focuses on manufacturing capsule, tablets and syrup products. The well-designed modern factory equipped with some of the most advanced automatic machineries and we are looking for a talent engineer to look after them.
In this role, you will be conducting mechanical maintenance and service to ensure the machineries being ready at their full capability for the production team.
On day to day basis, you will:
Conduct installations and testing of pharmaceutical production equipment.
Conduct mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting on the production lines.
Response to breakdowns and answer front-line questions.
Implement the agreed maintenance plans.
Collect, analyse, and monitor machinery performance data and information
Contribute to maintenance plan development and advise on equipment improvement.
Plan and manage equipment spare parts.
Work with production team and develop SOP for operating machineries.
Our ideal candidate:
At least 3 years’ maintenance experience Experienced gained from pharmaceutical industry
Experience dealing with large and automatical pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment
Experience of capsule, tablets and syrup manufacturing equipment is essential
Good understanding of GMP and pharmaceutical compliance requirements
New factory or equipment commission experience is a plus
Solid CAD operating skills
