Building a tiny home using salvaged or reclaimed materials can be an amazing way of keeping the cost down. If you’re prepared to put in some extra work, it’s incredible how some old materials which would otherwise be finding their way to the dump can be transformed into a wonderful home.

Jesse has put lots of work into this home and the result is a wonderful and whimsical feeling tiny house on wheels, where old fence palings have been turned into cladding and cabinetry and old windows discarded on a farm have been give new life. Thanks to some very resourceful sourcing of materials (and of course his skill as a tiny house builder) he has been able to build am amazing and affordable home.

The home is designed to be completely off the gird, with solar power and rain-water collection giving him the freedom to park this home on wheels wherever he wants.
