The successful candidate will:
Maintain our standard of cleanliness and workplace guidelines
Be a committed team member, reliable and punctual
Contribute to a positive and uplifting team environment
Build strong relationships within a diverse team.
Strong knowledge on menu planning and food costing
Knowledge on Food Control Plan and Health and Safety
Have a good command of written and oral English
Be responsible for kitchen brigade in Managers absence
Focus driven on achieving goals and keeping high standards
Adhere to recipes and training younger chefs
Be able to place orders with ordering systems already in place

If you are interested you will need a minimum of 3 years’ experience in grill, pans and larder. have proven leadership ability, have a good sense of humour and can hustle when the pressure is on.

Selected candidates will be called for Cooking Trial.
