Reference Parts #INVWe are currently looking for a Parts Assistant to work in our busy parts department located in Invercargill, Southland.
JJ's sell and service leading brands including Massey Ferguson, Fendt, Iseki, Moreni, Farmet, Slurryquip, Ozka and McIntosh as well as other leading brand names.
Established in 1958 JJ Ltd is one of the leading agricultural machinery dealers, with six branches covering the majority of the South Island.
You will need previous parts experience for this position as we need you to hit the ground running.
Job Summary:
To be part of a professional team that effectively runs a busy parts department.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaising with customers, staff and suppliers
Ordering of parts
Assisting with quarterly stocktakes
Front of counter answering phone calls etc.
Picking parts and allocating them
Minimum Requirements:
Excellent work ethic
Computer literate
Being able to work unsupervised
Ability to work over-time where needed
High customer focus
Attention to detail
Good time management
Self-starter
A very competitive remuneration package will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
This position comes with a company subsidised medical plan.
