WarehouseSupport Representative - Hercules Store Auckland – Full Time
Hercules Store wasestablished in New Zealand since 2008. With many years of experience, we have grownto become one of the largest suppliers dedicated to providing great valueproducts and excellent customer service. Our product range includes petsupplies, trampolines, outdoor tool sheds and pop up gazebos, etc. Nowadays, we have three stores located in Wellington,Auckland and Christchurch and we have been creating many thousands of happycustomers along the way.
We are searchingfor a dedicated and talented Team Member to join our Auckland Store forwarehouse and sales support.This position is an entry-level position in our company and must have full-time availability.
Responsibilities forthe role:
· Assist store manager in customer service and sales promotion
· Receive, pick, pack and ship customerorders
· Load or unload stock onto pallets and warehouse racks
· Maintain the warehouse in a safe and clean work environment
· Manage stock and administration
· Other duties as required
Requirements for therole:
· A NZ diploma at level 4 is a minimum requirement
· Physically fit and able for heavy lifting
· Experience in forklift driving(or willing to learn)
· Good customer service and selling skills
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
· Excellent attention to detail
· A positive attitude, are self-motivated with plenty ofinitiative
· Ability to work well within a small team
· Good computer skills (Windows, Microsoft Office, GSuite, etc)
· Fluent in spoken and written in English.
