New Zealand polices do not care about static parked vehicles as long as they do not involve criminal cases or hit-and-run accidents. You can call  the parking officers of the city Council. However, if this car does not take off its brand, does not being parked illegally, and has a valid road tax and wof label, the city Council will also be helpless. Even if the road tax or wof has expired, parking management personnel can only give a ticket at most and clamp it on the wiper.

Therefore, if you think someone left the unwanted car near your site and nobody moved for two to three months, which makes you look uncomfortable, you need to first look at whether the car has a license plate, whether the road tax and wof have expired, if so, then you should continue to complain to the city Council and let parking officer post the ticket first. At the same time, the city Council also finds the owner's address through the internal owner registration system and sends a fine notification to the owner. After waiting for the penalty notice to accumulate to a certain amount, the parking officer will stick a notice of eye-catching color on the driver's seat of the car window ( for example, Auckland is green ) and send a trailer to drag the car to the parking lot. After arriving at the parking lot, the city Council will inform the owner again that if there is still no response within ten days, nzta ( new Zealand road traffic administration ) will cancel the car. the city Council has the right to dispose of the car, whether to sell it to an old car factory or to an interested third party, that is the matter with the Council.
