Key Account Executive
Key Account Executive position in this well-established NZ business with an international footprint. Quick career progression into Key Account Manager.

Who?
This business is a major player on the New Zealand stage and couples this with a strong global reach. Their strong relationships allow them to offer their clientele an unrivaled service, a driving force they are proud of.  With plenty of growth opportunities in the wider business they are hunting for a savvy and diligent Account Executive to join their fun and supportive team.

What?
This is your opportunity to come in, significantly grow your portfolio and make your mark in the business. To help you develop your account management experience, you'll be given a couple of your own accounts to own, to start with FS & PEL with the intention to add some new accounts into the portfolio. Of course you won't be thrown in the deep end, there are some very knowledgeable and experienced managers in the business who will support you. They'll teach you how to build on your current customer service knowledge to grow your accounts. They'll also show you how to coordinate activity with other key accounts and marketing to ensure alignment of category branding, driving effective promotion and maximising sales. All this will be with the view of developing you to step into a Key Account Manager position in the near future.

You?
So with this in mind, who are you? You're someone who loves a challenge and isn't afraid to pick up the phone and go out and visit customers to ensure your own success. Given this role does involve account management, any previous experience in this would be preferable, especially if you have worked selling into a supermarket in the past. You may for example be a territory rep who is ready for the next step in their career, something with more responsibility and plenty of training and support. The most important thing for this position is your hunger, ambition, and drive to grow your own career.

How?
With a combination of computer, phone, and on the road sales opportunities with the potential to become a Key Account Manager in the future this is a role with plenty going for it. To apply please submit your CV or for questions contact Kathryn at Tribe on 022 1599 311.
